As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Notify Us
    Contact us via email at info@yopillo.nl within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

  2. Prepare the Product
    Ensure the product is:

    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • In the same condition as you received it

  3. Ship the Product
    Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
